Our guest speaker, Nathan Gold, has been specializing in preparing people for high-stakes speaking opportunities and how to harness speaking anxiety for the past 15 years. Prior to that, he held sales and customer support roles at companies such as SanDisk, Symbol Technologies, and Extensity. Nathan has personally delivered innumerable presentations around the world and countless hours of 1:1 coaching in his high-tech career.
The Wall Street Journal called him an "elevator pitch expert" after he coached the Top 5 finalists for the Startup of the Year award in the actual WSJ elevators! Nathan is a pitch coach for dozens of accelerators and incubators worldwide, an Industry Fellow at UC Berkeley and Hong Kong Baptist University, and a guest lecturer at WhartonSF’s Entrepreneurship program. In addition, Nathan coaches TED and TEDx presenters while also being featured on The Kauffman Founders School website in a free video series called Powerful Presentations and Mastering Q&A. Finally, he is a two-time published author.
